- Architected a distributed video-processing and ML inference platform on Ray/KubeRay and GKE, designing for production fault tolerance: idempotent task retries and head-node isolation over blunt autoscaler pinning.
- Drove the migration from a Flask monolith to a FastAPI service architecture using domain-driven design, vertical feature slices, and hexagonal ports (Python Protocol, composition-root DI).
- Owned the infrastructure and observability foundation: OpenTofu/Terraform IaC on GCP, CI/CD with immutable SHA-tagged images, and end-to-end distributed tracing via OpenTelemetry and structured logging.
- Built scalable data pipelines and serving layers across BigQuery, GCS, and Pydantic v2, and delivered a greenfield React/TypeScript frontend (Vite, TanStack, Cloud CDN).
